Coverage Period: The Carpet Culture Complete Care+ Plan is valid for three years from the original date of purchase.

Professional Cleaning: The plan includes one (1) complimentary professional cleaning service provided by Carpet Culture during the three-year coverage period.

Stain Removal and Fiber Protection:
- The cleaning service aims to remove common stains resulting from spills, pets, and everyday use. While Carpet Culture uses industry-leading techniques, removal of some stains (e.g., permanent dyes or ink) may not be guaranteed.
- This plan does not cover deliberate misuse or damage to the rug, nor does it include repairs due to cuts, burns, or heavy wear outside of typical use.

Claims Process:
- To schedule the complimentary cleaning, customers must contact Carpet Culture and present proof of purchase.
- Claims are easy to process and come with no deductible.
- Any cleaning or maintenance outside of the one (1) complimentary service will be offered at a discounted rate, but are not included in the Complete Care+ Plan.

Exclusions:
- This plan does not cover damage from environmental conditions (e.g., flooding, fire) or deterioration due to improper storage.
- The Complete Care+ Plan cannot be transferred to other individuals or applied to rugs not originally covered under the plan.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- The Complete Care+ Plan may be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been rendered. No refunds will be issued after 30 days or after the professional cleaning has been utilized.

Limitations of Liability: Carpet Culture is committed to providing professional care for your rug. However, results may vary depending on the type and condition of the rug. Carpet Culture is not responsible for any pre-existing damages or issues not resolvable through professional cleaning.
