Carpet Culture actually lives up to it's amazing reputation. I needed a nice carpet at a reasonable price. I did not want the high pressure of the larger stores (ABC, Safavieh). Took a chance looking over reviews and one store stood out: Carpet Culture. The owner Javair was excellent at communication. I selected several carpets online and even though he was short staffed, brought the carpets to me for inspection. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which was so refreshing. I knew the minute I laid eyes on the silk masterpiece he displayed that I would be purchasing this carpet. He has top quality carpets at very fair prices. This small business is the real deal. Carpet Culture beautifully restored the fringes of my antique Berber rug and cleaned it professionally (no traces left from an unfortunate run-in the rug had with a glass of red wine!). I've had two large rugs cut down and reconstructed by Carpet Culture. This last time they removed a stain that others said was "unfixable." Javaid is incredibly attentive and reliable, and the work by his team (thank you, Fatima!) is ALWAYS impeccable . The combination of superb craftsmanship and customer service is unbeatable. Man I love this place.
Amazing experience! A great selection of beautiful and diverse rugs and a lovely team of people to assist. Within one day we had the rug of our dreams! We looked on the website first and then went in store to see and feel the rugs. The selection was great and the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out in 15 mins. Although it's been a few years since I've dealt with Javaid at Carpet Culture, I'm about to return for a new area rug.
He was always very patient, showing me fairly priced rug after rug until the right one "spoke to me" and was delivered almost immediately. When one time my choice didn't work out, it was just as promptly picked up and exchanged for one that did, removing any stress from the decision making process.
I'm looking forward to returning.
I wanted to buy rugs for our house and thought a big retailer would be the place to go. After some Internet research Carpet Culture came to my attention. Went on a Saturday and knew it was the right choice as soon as I walked into the store. They do carpets, exclusively. The staff was professional and courteous. My husband and I looked at dozens of rugs. We went intending to get two and wound up buying 7. They offered delivery that Sunday and we were delighted. They came exactly when they promised and helped set them out. We couldn't be happier wth our Afghani wool rugs. I highly recommend Carpet Culture.
